First National Bank merger plans announced

The Boards of Directors of Cyril State Bank, Cyril, Okla. and The First National Bank and Trust Company (FNBT), Chickasha, Okla. are pleased to announce that an agreement has been reached whereby Cyril State Bank (CSB) will be acquired by The First National Bank with an anticipated completion date scheduled for the end February 2007. This will be completed subsequent to required regulatory approval.
Walt Voss, President and CEO of First National Bank & Trust Company is pleased with the addition of 201 West Main in Cyril as a full service office. The new branch will continue offering loan services, deposit accounts services, safe deposit box services, inside and drive-thru teller services, as well as the walk-up ATM service. Mr. Voss stated, “In addition to the existing services, the community will also be offered new products to consider in meeting their family’s banking needs.”
