Congratulations are in order for the following employees who were names “2006 Tellers of the Year” Deisy Lara, Sherry Lokey, Natasha Johnson, Kelly Graham, Michelle Miller, Francene Coffman, Stacie Rogers, Frankie Hudson, Mary Ann Real and Susie Wilson.
The Tellers of the Year are role models in their exception performance for the full year in customer service, and as Bank employee-owners.
Congratulations are also in order for the following employees who were names “Super Tellers” for the Fourth Quarter 2006: Nancy Randall, Deisy Lara, Sherry Lokey, Catherine Allen, Mitsue Robertson, Natasha Johnson, Kelly Graham, Michelle Miller, Francene Coffman, Stacie Rogers, Renee Johnson, Gayla Patrick, Diane Adams, Susie Wilson, Brenda Rushing, Frankie Hudson and Dana Schultz.
The Bank presented local merchant certificates for jobs well done. The tellers met their duties satisfactorily, received good ratings on performance and have advanced into the Bank’s experienced category.
The First National Bank and Trust Company, Member FDIC, has instigated its Good Awards Program which allows the employees to raise the bar on performance standard by being more attentive to their duties, and striving for excellence by putting the customers and customer service first.
As part of the on-going training, the employees are reminded to follow the Bank’s mission which states: “We commit to promote the success of our customers and communities, provide high quality financial services, and maintain a strong, safe financial institution.”
