Youth leadership program postponed

The Youth Leadership Program has been postponed for this school year due to scheduling difficulties and too many other activities for the students. We are already in the beginning stages for next year and hope to be able to bring this program to Tuttle's students.

The next Chamber meeting will be held Feb. 14 in the Opera House at noon. This will be our annual meeting and election of the Board of Directors.

We will also hear from our Superintendent of Schools, Mr. Lee Coker. We urge everyone to come find out what's new with our schools.

Our next community event will be the Easter Egg Hunt - it is not too early to buy eggs, donate small individually wrapped candy, shop for prizes to be given away, etc. We truly want our egg hunt to get better every year and we need your help to do so. The egg hunt will be April 7 and we will need volunteers to help stuff eggs and help with the hunt (hiding the eggs and passing out prizes).

Coming events are: Feb. 14 is our next Chamber meeting as well as Valentine's Day, Community Easter Egg Hunt will be April 7 in Schrock Park, the City-Wide Garage Sale is May 18-19 and the Ice Cream Festival is July 4 (it is also Tuttle's official Centennial Celebration).
