Tuttle Area Chamber of Commerce
The Chamber is pleased to announce the election of Board of Directors Officers for 2007:
President - Mrs. Peggy Oberfield of Marolyn Pryor, Realtors; Vice President - Mrs. Janie Book of the Tuttle Banking Center; Secretary - Mrs. Angie Lewis of Canadian Valley Technology Center and Treasurer - Mrs. Teresa M. Sullivan, CPA. Other officers are Ms. Jo Bazhaw, Mr. and Mrs. Todd Boatright, Mr. James Burney, Mr. Lee Coker, Mr. Tommy Koeltzow, Rev. Todd Littleton, Mr. Jerry Taylor, Mr. Gregg Vandaveer and Mrs. Leslie Walker. We are looking forward to another year of service to the businesses and community.
I realize it's February and not too many people have the Fourth of July on their minds - but this year our Ice Cream Festival is also our Centennial Celebration and we want it to be even bigger and better than ever. That means lots of advance planning. We need your help - we are having our first planning meeting for the Festival March 8th at 6:30 p.m. in the Opera House. We need your input, your ideas, your suggestions and your help. If you just want to come and find out about the Festival - come on out and get some information.
Our next community event will be the Easter Egg Hunt - it is not too early to buy eggs, donate small individually wrapped candy, shop for prizes to be given away, etc.
We truly want our egg hunt to get better every year and we need your help to do so.
The egg hunt will be April 7th and we will need volunteers to help stuff eggs and help with the hunt (hiding the eggs and passing out prizes).
If you or your class, Sunday School group, organization, etc would like to help by stuffing eggs, give us a call. 381-4600
Our Second Annual Golf Tournament is April 27th at Riverbend Golf Course in Chickasha, more information will be available later or you may call the Chamber office at 381-4600.
