Send : Tuttle Schools 2008-2009 Pre-K enrollment will be Thursday, May 1 from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Tuttle Elementary School. Requirements for enrollment include: 1) Child must be four years old on or before Sept. 1, 2008. 2) Certified birth certificate (not hospital). 3) Up-to-date immunizations: four DTP, three OPV, one MMR, three HEP, two HEP A and one Varicella (chicken pox) or have had disease. 4) Must be resident of Tuttle School District and have verification: a document with Tuttle physical address -can be utility bill, lease, deposit receipt, etc. Please bring shot record, birth certificate and address verification to enrollment. If enrollment exceeds spaces available, a drawing will be held at a later date. Students must have all information on file to be placed in a class and to be eligible for the drawiing. The last day to enroll for Pre-K is Sunday, May 18. All enrollment requirements and information must be turned in by noon, May 18.
