Chamber presents awards, makes festival plans

The chamber awarded its “Best Foot Forward” monthly business award to business member Urgent Medcare Clinic. Debbie Holder, PA and her staff offer prompt, quality care to our community in family medicine as well as urgent care. The chamber also recognizes the many contributions that Urgent Medcare has made to our community.

The next chamber meeting will be at noon Wednesday, June 11 upstairs at the Tuttle Opera House. Michael Clouse with Waddell & Reed will be speaking on the benefits of retirement plans for small business owners. Mark your calendars and plan to attend.

Welcome PSO, Oklahoma Security Services, LLC and C & D Fitness to our membership. We are happy to include them in our referral list of businesses in the Tuttle area.

The Ice Cream Festival is almost here. The day begins with the annual 4th of July parade at 10 a.m. down Main Street ending at Schrock Park where the whole family can enjoy Braums Ice Cream eating contests, turtle shell decorating, turtle racing, inflatables, food, lots of Braums Ice Cream, arts and crafts and new this year, tethered hot air balloon rides and a concert in the park at 7 p.m. leading to the fireworks. There is something for everyone so bring the entire family and enjoy a fun filled July 4.

Best Foot Forward Award Debbie Holder, Physician Assistant, and the staff at Urgent Med Care Clinic were recently awarded the “Best Foot Forward” award from the Tuttle Chamber of Commerce. The clinic offers family medicine as well as urgent care services. Debbie states that they are “full service”. Their goal is to see patients faster than other clinics – usually patient needs can be handled the same day or by the next day. Those with appointments are generally seen within the hour and walk-ins within one to two hours. The dedicated staff works hard to provide quality service to their patients. Debbie who has worked in our area for 14 years said, “My goal is to finish my career here.” We are indeed fortunate to have this dedicated group working for us in Tuttle. The Chamber recognizes the staff of the Urgent Med Care Clinic for their contribution to our community. None/ (Click for larger image)
