Market open July 4
The Tuttle Farmer’s Market will be open during the annual Ice Cream Festival from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., offering a variety of produce including green beans, onions, carrots, beets, potatoes, squash, tomatoes, watermelon, cantalopes, corn, okra, peppers, flowers and herbs as well as goats-milk body products.
Freedom Celebration set
Ridgecrest Baptist Church to host annual Freedom Celebration on Saturday, July 4th. Roasted Corn, Inflatables for the kids, live music, door prizes, concession stand, volleyball, basketball and Fireworks. There is no cost for entry, there is a small recovery fee for concessions items. Please join us beginning and 6 PM through our fireworks display at dark. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets, load up the family and come celebrate with us.
Ridgecrest to hold VBS
Hop on board the Boomerang Express! Travel to the Land Down Under for a week of nonstop action as you learn how it all comes back to Jesus. Each day's Bible study will help kids discover how to have a relationship with Jesus. By the end of the week, you will have learned what it means to love through Him. It's Vacation Bible School at Ridgecrest Baptist Church like you've never experienced before. Children age four years through sixth grade are admitted free from July 5-9, 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. In this one-week adventure, you will hear Bible stories, participate in cool crafts, motivating music, eat snacks at the G'Day Cafe, and play games at Recreation Rock as well as shop in the Outback Store with boomerang bucks that you will earn each day.

Friends, Family reunion set
The Tuttle School Alumni-Friends and Family 63rd Reunion will be held Saturday, Aug. 22 in the Tuttle Elementary School cafeteria, 106 S. W. 2nd St. in Tuttle. The doors will open at 10 a.m. and a catered home-style dinner will begin at 11:30 a.m. The dinner is $12 per person. We must receive reservations no later than Aug. 10. Mail your reservations to Jan Lee, P.O. Box 296, Tuttle, OK, 73089. We will have cash drawings, a silent auction, awards for those who traveled the farthest and the oldest attendee. We will also be honoring classes having graduated in years ending in “9.” You may want to come to the reunion to just visit. We will have coffee and donuts available.
Grads may pick up records
Class of 2004 Tuttle High School graduates may pick up their records at the high school office between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday through Friday from June 1 to July 31.
Support group to meet
