Charles Otto Fink
Charles Otto Fink was born in Foss, Oklahoma on Dec. 14, 1933. He died June 14, 2008. He graduated from N.E. High School where he met his long time companion. After graduation he received his marching orders from Uncle Sam where he trained at Camp Chaffee, Arkansas and then served for the next 18 months in Germany. Upon his return from the service he married his bride days later at Ridgecrest Baptist Church on September 9, 1955.
Charles retired from Candid Color Systems/Glamour Shots in 1998 where he enjoyed his hobby of photography and flying the company plane. He also enjoyed bowling, boating and flying his family in their private plane on many occasions.
Fink was preceded in death by his parents William Otto and Gladys Burden Fink; a brother Darrel Fink and half brother Bryce.
Fink is survived by his wife, Carol Ann Osborne of 52 years and three sons; Steven Lee Fink, Anthony DeWayne Fink, and Gary Lynn Fink, and grandson Brandon Lee Fink; sisters, Mitilda Moudy of Del City, Eva Lois Strealy of Edmond; brothers William Harold Fink of Phelan Calif. and Jerry Fink of Oklahoma City; in-laws George and Sharon Osborne of Edmond; Terry and Ina Su Osborne of Edmond; Danny and Susan Osborne of Edmond and many nieces and nephews.
Charles was a wonderful and loving husband and father. He will be missed and loved by all. We are sure our “Heavenly Father” will be there for Charles with open arms.
Funeral services were held at Snow Hill Baptist Church, Tuttle, Oklahoma, Tuesday, June 17, 2008 Charles was laid to rest at Chapel Hill Cemetery, in Oklahoma City. Eisenhour, Blanchard.
