Local girls earn prizes for Bible knowledge

True Oak Fellowship children’s church pastor Rachel Falk recently presented Lenora Garvie and Kira Ryan with prizes earned for completing Bible drill bookmarks as part of the children’s church program. Kira completed the first 10 bookmarks, and Lenora completed bookmarks 11-20. Both Lenora and Kira received a giant check for 100 backyard bucks in the treehouse store, where children can buy toys, games and other prizes. Kira also received a Bible cover, and Lenora received a Bible highlighting set. Kira is a second grader at Tuttle Elementary School and Lenora is a homeschooled first grader in Tuttle. True Oak Fellowship is located 3.5 miles east of Tuttle at 20 Worley Creek Drive.
